1-Year Warranty Home Inspection
If you’re the owner of a brand new home, then many components of your home’s construction and internal systems should be covered by the builder’s warranty for twelve months after closing. Before the warranty on your home expires, we recommend scheduling a 1-Year Warranty Home Inspection. We’ll conduct a thorough evaluation of your home to identify any possible structural defects or mechanical deficiencies that are still covered by the builder’s warranty in order to spare you from unnecessary expenses. Some of the more common items generally are revealed during this type of inspection and may include:
- improper drainage around the foundation,
- improperly installed roof covering and/or flashing details,
- water intrusion problems,
- plumbing leaks, and
- improper wiring of electrical receptacles, switches and/or fixtures.
